The car was clean from inside & out from what I was told. Sale where allitle stiff to make okay offert in the end, but my lady did ful paymonth purchase up front with just a little savings. Again csr Dimitry was excellent over the phone, since I am not in town. He follow-up with me regarding interest in the vehicle. Best Used Vehicle Purchase Experience I had came across a super clean Toyota Tacoma Double Cab PreRunner at Auto City for a very reasonable price with low miles. Denis is a very professional, personable, and kind young man that made the entire experience easy. I went to Auto City to test drive the vehicle on a Sunday afternoon after looking at it the previous Saturday night. I called Denis when I arrived to the lot and he was very accommodating. Especially since I showed up without an appointment. Dennis let me and a friend that came along take the truck for a test drive. There was absolutely no pressure or sales pitch. The vehicle sold itself because it was such a quality truck in great condition and drove like it was new. I ended up buying the truck and could not be happier. I absolutely love it! I will definitely go to Denis again when it comes time for my wife to buy a newer car. I also dealt with Jose with the sales contract to finance the vehicle through my credit union. Jose was also a great guy to deal with. Super relaxed to do business with. He just got what I needed done without trying to sell me a bunch of extras I didn't need or want. He was very informative and to the point. We got through the paper work in about 35 minutes and we were out the door with a sweet Toyota Tacoma. Excellent Service From the whole staff including Alfred Mend Al, met me when I was outside of his dealership on whim. Turned our I needed a vehicle two weeks later went in and he wasn't there. Ask for Mike M. I visited Autocity on a reference from a family member who sold their car to the dealer just a year prior. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted I visited Autocity on a reference from a family member who sold their car to the dealer just a year prior. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Tim, who directed me to the next salesman in rotation. While I had already reviewed the inventory, Mike was willing to sit with me and go through the inventory again to see if there were any vehicles I would want to look at in addition to the car that was my primary choice. He didn't ask to do this, I asked and he willingly obliged, pulled all of the car details, keys and walked the lot patiently so that I could make my evaluations on my own time. When I was nearing my decision, Mike walked me through the numbers and the process, explained every step and never once rushed me. Even though he had done his job and transitioned me to a sales manager, Mike waited until I was done signing the paperwork (which ended after hours) and walked me to my car. Given that this was my first car purchase, I was nervous and had a number of details I wanted to check off my list. I had a wonderful experience with Mike and all of his colleagues.
