I got a phone call from him less than a minute after I submitted my initial email inquiry. Both on the phone and in person, he was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in customer service. He even made sure to offer me and my sister coffee, water, and snacks while we were there. And when he realized we didn't want junk food snacks, he brought us granola bars. :) He made the whole viewing/buying process smooth and enjoyable.
