The car I purchased had one issue with it, I took it to BMW and got it fixed two days later, the issue was something Auto City wouldnt have seen anyway. He held the car for me, took in my like-new 2014 Ford Fusion and gave me a good chunk of what I paid for it. Paperwork took a while (as these things often do) but only because Mike was keen on ensuring I understood everything I was signing, and answering any questions that I had about the process. The LR3 is in amazing shape, and never once did I feel pressured to buy anything. When we asked to take it for a test drive, he handed us the keys right away, no questions asked. Washed the car for us, and left me feeling pretty confident with my purchase. Jorge was also very helpful when it came to financing my new vehicle. I am a first time buyer, and I got the rate and payment I was looking for, and I'm only on a 36 month period which is amazing! I now have a car I can take camping, snowboarding, and road tripping with my friends. This dealership is no joke. The only reason I haven't recommended this place to other people is because I bought the car last night. I will certainly recommend in the future. More

Excellent financing options I had a very challenging credit situation and a lot of negative equity. My transmission went out on my car and I needed a new one, I wasn’t going to be able to swing 4000 dollars on a new transmission, The guys at Auto City were able to work with me on a down payment and got me a much better interest rate than I deserved on a really great car. The car is miles better than my last one and has only a marginally higher monthly payment. The guys from sales, management and all the way to financing were super helpful, courteous and professional. I never felt pressured or brushed aside. Excellent experience from beginning to end. I will be recommending Auto City to everyone I know who is shoppIng for a used car! More

Our sales person Dmitry was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of our questions and concerns. I personally want to thank him for the test drive of my life time (and I have bought many cars).
