xxxx service. I bought a car in late April 2018 that I love, only problem is that I purchased it with an error code that the scanners at AutoCity can't pick up. I took it to Kearny VW and they could see the error code clear as day and were willing to work with AutoCity to get it fixed, but no, AutoCity only works with South Bay VW. So I offered to take my car to South Bay VW so they can give AutoCity proof of my cars error code, but my request was denied. 3 days after hassling with AutoCity they tell me that it's NOT covered under warranty, but I do have an option... which was to pay half of the repair (if the error code was proven) the repair is estimated at $1,000! What an absurd dealership. They truly proved to me how much they valued their customers. More
