I live 4 hours away, 2 hours into the trip I call to let them know I’m almost there and guess what, they sold the car on Sunday. So now I am out 4 hours drive time back and forth , a huge ding in my credit and no car. After talking to the manager , he said maybe we find you a new one. Just unprofessional and unhelpful. Maybe you’ll have a better experience than me. More

All of them were really concerned about my situation. That night, I flew from Seattle to El Cajon Auto City. They stayed late so I could finalize my vehicle purchase before they closed. In addition to the fair amount they gave me for my car, there was no haggling over prices or pressure to buy more services. These three considerations are crucial when making a car purchase. By phone, Mr. Fareez (a salesman) gave me the final price for my Cadillac XT4. Even after sitting down with Mr. Isaac (the Finance Guy), nothing had changed.
