Since this was my first car purchase I was nervous and very careful since it's such a big investment. I went to many car dealerships and did a lot of research online. I was pretty sure I wanted a Honda but wasn't sure where I wanted to buy it from. Victor was the main reason I bought my car at Auto City. He was easy to work with, very helpful but not at all pushy or arrogant. Victor has reached out to me via text message after the purchase to make sure everything was ok and to let me know he was there if I needed anything. Having a good relationship with the dealership itself is important to me because I will feel comfortable in the future going there for service and any issues. I am very satisfied with my experience and will certainly go to Auto City when I'm ready for my next vehicle. Since I bought a Honda that may be 15 years from now though :-) More

Excellent customer service with no sales pressure I was directed to this dealership through USAA's (used) car buying service and I couldn't be happier. The car I searching for was available when I sh I was directed to this dealership through USAA's (used) car buying service and I couldn't be happier. The car I searching for was available when I showed for the test drive and although my original salesperson contact was helping out other customers, Jose was available to help me out. There was none of the "I have to go along with you as you test drive" spiel and I was able to put the car through its paces without having someone looking over my shoulder. As the car was for my daughter I brought her back later in the afternoon and Jose was there again to make sure our experience went smooth. Two days later we returned to the dealership to trade in the old vehicle and buy the new one and once again Jose was there to help us out. The initial offer for my trade-in seemed a bit low, but my counter offer was accepted with little to no fuss which made the trade-in process a better experience. All in all this was one of the lowest key car buying experiences I've had. I would definitely recommend coming here and will again myself when I'm ready for my next vehicle. More

Jake Baier , was no pressure but ready to answer questions when I had them. The process was simple, lean, and friendly. Jake Baier was knowledgeable and accommodating. I have purchased vehicles from Private Parties, Brand Dealers, and used car "lots". To date, this was the best experience so far. A car dealers relationship with a customer can an should be relatively long term, so, hard to rank the day after the purchase, but so far.--- Five Stars! PS: His support team did great too.
