Patient, friendly, honest! A couple days ago I decided that it was time to say goodbye to my little cube and search for a new ride to accompany me in moving to Colorado. I hones A couple days ago I decided that it was time to say goodbye to my little cube and search for a new ride to accompany me in moving to Colorado. I honestly didn't know what to expect when I pulled into the dealer- given that this was my first "car-buying" experience, but I thought that I'd at least just take a look to see what's available out there. Jake and Victor were the best and were nothing but patient with me during the whole process. Despite me getting there an hour before closing, Jake still took his time to diligently find the right car for me. We found THE ONE that night and took it for a test drive and I instantly fell in love. Jake was awesome and kept in contact with me to answer all of my questions prior to buying the car. He was cool enough to set the car I wanted aside while I decided if I wanted to go for it or not. I came in two days later to trade in my old car and Victor made the whole process stress-free. He answered any questions I had directly- which I really appreciate. We threw jokes in between signing all the paperwork that made buying my car quick and easy. There were definitely no smoke and mirrors at this dealership and I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to trade in/buy a car. These guys are awesome! More
