Very Pleased My daughter and I were out shopping for a vehicle . We stopped at ABS and met Angie she knew we we just looking that evening. She spent over a hour or two just showing us cars in our budget. She took us in to meet the GM and talked about financing. We came back almost a month later to see the team at ABS. We found a vehicle that day. My daughter left with the car that evening very very excited. The entire team worked with us to find the right finance to fit my daughters college budget. There were a few minor details that had to be done to the car before we left the lot and Dave and the team made sure that it was done efficiently and correctly. Lack of information of Vehicle I bought a Mazda 3 from Buy Smart. My Sales person was James. I was Happy with my purchase at the time, That was until 6 months later went to trade my I bought a Mazda 3 from Buy Smart. My Sales person was James. I was Happy with my purchase at the time, That was until 6 months later went to trade my car in for a larger one and learned my Mazda 3 had been in an accident. My sales person never disclosed that info to me. I was not only upside down but got a lower trade in because it had been wrecked. I now feel like my sales person James was seek and Dishonest. Thanks James. Won't see me back there. More

When I met with the finance manager, this figure had been reduced to $6800. The finance manager and I discussed monthly payment amounts. I thought my bike was being valued at $7500, not the reduced figure someone had sneaked in. I signed the paperwork and left only to realize later I had been suckered. Mark was a nice guy who I trusted, was that a mistake. More
