I picked it up on Wednesday evening and was told that their mechanic went through it all - it passed inspection and everything was great with the vehicle. I drove it home on Wednesday evening and on my way home from work on Friday (2 days after picking it up) it started smoking, rapping real loud and the oil pressure dropped. I pulled over and had the truck toed -it is not drivable - it needs a new engine! More
Ripped Off, Should've Known Better Bought an '03 Frontier last Oct. for $6200. Didn't have it checked by my mechanic like usual because salesperson was an acquaintance of a family member so I figured I was good. They promised everything worked great (including ac which I couldn't really test because it was cold at the time) and it would pass inspection. I was told that the entire truck had been gone through. The next day, check engine light came on so I took it back. I had to leave it for the day. They said it was just the gas cap so they replaced that. Then another day later, the light came back on again so I took it back again and left it. They found out it was a fuel valve but didn't have the part so I had to come back the following week and leave it for the 3RD TIME. During this period, the leaf springs started rattling very loudly and sounded like they were going to break. At this point, I asked for my money back and was yelled at patronizingly. They said they had already spent a lot of money fixing it and the springs were fine. Well whatever. Then, I take the truck to my mechanic to look at and find out that the bottom radiator mounts are completely rusted off and needed to be welded. Also, the anti-lock brakes may be faulty because they come on randomly on dry roads even and the ABS light stays on sometimes. Now, it is 7 months later and I go to try the ac and get no cold air. I spent $750 to replace the compressor and belts. Come to find out, there is a blockage in the line also and it needs more work now. This is something they should've known about. Blockages build up, they don't' just occur suddenly. Then, the other day, one of my leaf springs broke and those are going to cost me $600-$700 to replace. I had a bad feeling about this vehicle from the first week of driving it. Tried to get my money back, and was told to pound sand. More
With used car dealers, it's all about trust. And no person, no dealer, is more worthy of trust than Tony Dillberg at Auto Brokers of Milford. We've bought two cars from Tony and when I need a car, the person, no dealer, is more worthy of trust than Tony Dillberg at Auto Brokers of Milford. We've bought two cars from Tony and when I need a car, the first call I make is to Auto Brokers of Milford. And they're located about 50 miles from where I live! Tony and company listen well. They don't try to force you toward what they have on the lot, they listen to what you want, discuss what you mean to make sure what you want is really what you need, and they work with you until they find you what satisfies. They advise you as your best friend or family member would. They tell you if you're thinking is off base, and they tell you if buying new is really a better thing for you to do, even if that means loss of this particular business for them. More

The inventory was diverse and all of the cars were quality. He even explained how he would be able to get a specific car I wanted at an auction. I didn't know that was an option but he explained it all to me. When it's time to buy my son his first car, I'll definately be going back to Auto Brokers of Milford! More
This was my first used car purchase. I had been to several other dealers, and none of them had impressed me. I have an inherent distrust of all used cars, but Tony was able to alleviate all of my fear several other dealers, and none of them had impressed me. I have an inherent distrust of all used cars, but Tony was able to alleviate all of my fears and I came away from the transaction fully trusting Tony and confident in the vehicle I purchased. He was extremely helpful and maintained top notch customer service even while putting up with a very difficult buyer (ME!). I expect to have to buy another car next year, and I will be going back to Tony. I highly recommend this dealership! More
