The car was sitting up front when I got there! I was paired me with a helpful, knowledgeable, and (most importantly) efficient sale person. Worked with Dameon B (sales) and Ty (asst mgr). I told them my situation. They educated me on their process. They went through the Carfax report with a fine tooth comb (I've never had this happen before) to make sure I was comfortable. The finance person (Ashton) even saw something in our paperwork that prompted him to make one last call to another bank. Result: Got 2.00% knocked off my interest rate and an extra 2 years and 25kmiles added to my warranty. Plus they replaced one of the tires (no extra charge).
