The first time was the Saturday after Thanksgiving and we didn't understand the first agent. He also never disclosed The addendum for a Low Jack system and if it was I've wouldn't have waisted my time to go back. Understand why some vehicles stay there so long, addendums and unnecessary charges. I will say a few more things. Saw more leaving than staying, and two get better agents. More
