A) I'm not 100% sure the dealer available in your survey drop down is the same dealer I reached out to. AutoBossMotors.com. Is that the same thing as Auto Boss RV? So, first off, bad survey experience here. drop down is the same dealer I reached out to. AutoBossMotors.com. Is that the same thing as Auto Boss RV? So, first off, bad survey experience here. B) AutoBossMotors.com never got back to me about the car I expressed interest in. Are they swamped? Is the car I reached out about no longer available? Is it a bait and switch? That would require a switch. But anyway, The lack of anything reflects poorly on AutoBossMotors.com and on Cars.com. I've taking my interest elsewhere. More
The salesman Joe was very disrespectful of me as a customer I talked to Joe from Auto Boss RV of and on for around a couple three months about an rv I found on a site and watched a video about the rv he had pos I talked to Joe from Auto Boss RV of and on for around a couple three months about an rv I found on a site and watched a video about the rv he had posted on YouTube. Seemed like such a good deal and the rv was almost perfect. I called him and told him I bought the plane ticket to fly down and pick it up if it was as he described. He had over a week to get it ready for my 19 hour trip home. I flew there and he picked me up at the airport. To my surprise he said he had the rv at the workshop and decided to fix a few things on it and again when I got there I was surprised they had put on new decals and done some paint work and not to touch the paint. Well according to the video it was almost perfect although Joe did tell me of some imperfections before my flight there, but I was surprised they had to do some paint work. Anyway it all looked ok and so now I thought I would start with the engine. I fired it up and went straight to the tranny and pulled the dipstick and the oil was plum black with grit like sand was in the tranny. ( It must of gotten hot and the grit was probably clutch material) So any way I told them no deal and Joe said that there were two kinds of people who come to buy an rv. Those who come and close the deal and those who come to find an excuse to no buy the rv. I asked him if he really meant it and he said he did. Well you do the math. It would have been a lot cheaper and easier to just call this creep and tell him I was not interested instead of flying there just to be stranded for two days and without any wheels to get around. But it ended pretty well have a couple extra days and $700.00 later as I found a better deal at Superstition RV and treated a lot better than Joe at Auto Boss. Now in the reviews Joe return a reply to my review that I was rude towards his staff and that is why he said what he said and he would do it again. That is not even close to the truth. Maybe Joe was having a bad day because I asked him if he talked to other customers that was and he said he did. So guess I leave it up to you. Never been treated that way. Goodluck More
