Financial person 5 star. Salesman 5 star. Head of repatr on phone while time. Girl in repair 1 star stretching it. Said had no appoints for a week for oil change. Said we wanted under coat too. Not clear when vehicle could. Be picked up Said would call. No one did. We finally just stopped to check. Didnt know where vehicle was. Finally sales.a. come a d located it for us. My husband gets short of breath. Wasn't happy he had to walk all over. More
