Paige Weinhaus Is the Best Service Adviser I have ever met and Jacob was an excellent Mechanic!! I have had many cars! From Corvettes to Cadillacs and the service was not good! My NUMBER 1 concern is th met and Jacob was an excellent Mechanic!! I have had many cars! From Corvettes to Cadillacs and the service was not good! My NUMBER 1 concern is the SERVICE DEPT If the dealership doesn't have a good Service Dept thats a big concern! I was extremely pleased with the Service I have been getting at Auffenberg Kia in Shilo Paige and Jacob were very thorough and explained things in detail as well as making sure that I was very satisfied with the service! This is what makes me come back to purchase another vehicle Not to mention how much my Service Dog loved all the loving attention!! C Grimes More
I just had 2023 Telluride serviced at Auffenberg Kia, sold me $300 injector cleaning, 22,500 miles. They have serviced each 7,500 miles. I said, I have never done this with any other vehicle. Brad , the sold me $300 injector cleaning, 22,500 miles. They have serviced each 7,500 miles. I said, I have never done this with any other vehicle. Brad , the service writer said Kia recommends this injector cleaner and oil sludge cleaning every 15,000 miles. I asked why? New GDI engine design. If I could give Auffenberg Kia 0 stars, that's what I would do. My recent experience with them has left me finding a different Kia dealership to work with. Kia Rio has pulled hard to left since purchased Dec, 2021. They can't figure it out. I have to hold the wheel to keep from being pulled into traffic!! Took it in and they "alilgned it", but it still 2021. They can't figure it out. I have to hold the wheel to keep from being pulled into traffic!! Took it in and they "alilgned it", but it still pulled. Took it again and they did nothing. Somehow they don't have paperwork for Not Charging a ticket?? All "uncharged" repairs get voided somehow.?? I think they did NOT do the Road Test like the promised and can't produce the paperwork because it would prove they did nothing. Now Service Mgr. says it must be our tires, since we took to our mechanic and he swapped the front tires and it made a minimal difference? Wouldn't it have done the same if during the last 2 oil changes they had rotated the tires? Too many questions are unanswered on this car. I reported it to the NHTSA and sent an email to the Manufacturer. Attorney General is my next step if we can't get any answers for this dangerous situation. The Kia Forum page has plenty of owners complaining of the same problems, but no answers. They should know their cars. How did you pay your mechanic for his time on that test drive and then rechecking the alignment?? Hmmmm...... More
Where to start... it is bad enough to get a recall on a car, but when it takes four hours to put in a part, just to be told that you need something else and it has to be ordered???? I live 1.5 hours from dealership, they ordered the part my car needed, they called when it came in, I called the next day to make an appointment. It was scheduled and seemed good. I was called 3 more times about making an appt. The third call they said they were going to send the part back if I didn't respond. What??? I called for a week, could not get a human to answer the phone. I finally called SCHEDULING again to make an appt. I explain the situation and the girl puts me on hold to call service to see what is happening, she comes back and says she is sorry, no one answered. No kidding!! She says she will leave a message and if they don't call me, the service manager would call. No surprise, I did not get a call. Fast forward to today, my Husband takes my car to get the part put on, 2.5 hours later they finally come out and say the part is defective and another will need to be ordered. Omg!!! My Husband asked about the back up camera not working and would this part be fixing that, the answer was no. So he asked how to get it fixed. He was told they don't make that part anymore, but we could order one to be found and refurbished. It takes 3 to 10 days to get the part. When they call you, you have 5 days to get it installed, or you will be charged 300.00. The guy asked if he wants to schedule the service and my Husband says when will the part be here, the guy says he doesn't know, but you only have 5 days, or you will be charged. Ok, remember we live 1.5 hours away and both work full time jobs. They went around this bush for a while until it was laughable and my Husband left. This is such a joke of customer service!! More
They tried to tell me that I needed ALL new brakes- all the way around. I know that's not true. When I refused to do this they overcharged me by at least $50 for the oil change & GDI flush they were suppos the way around. I know that's not true. I really doubt they did anything at all to my car. I will never go back there again. I have had nothing but problems with them. So after this I will be taking my car someplace else. Because these people here try to force you to buy thing you don't need. Because all total would have been around $1000. I have to scrape to get the oil change & GDI thing done only for them to add another $50 for no reason. They really try & succeed in ripping people off there. I don't trust the people there to do their job at all. If they can't get more money out of you they don't have anymore time to deal with you at all. More
I would actually give them zero stars. Dropped the car off the night before and spoke with a service center employee who knew the reason for the appointment. Arrived the next evening to find out that no one had even looked at my car, did not call me to explain, and nothing was done on the car. These are safety issues and they didn't even feel the need to call me to tell me the issue. This was a Friday, I told the service center employee I wanted a call from the manager on Monday- I have not received a call or any type of apology from the dealership service manager or any communication at all. Please find another Kia dealership for service. This is the worst service I have ever received, will travel somewhere else to get my car fixed- please be cautious they are horrible to work with!! I will not take my car there for service and I will not ever consider Auffenberg for buying a car if this is how they treat customers. More
I had to purchase a new battery. Imagine your frustration when your car won’t start. Then have to have towed to dealer. Worked with Mike. The service was so horrible. Many Kia repairs take specialized tools that I dinner have at home but I've never felt taken advantage of. Ali the work is explained and anything I can do myself they're happy to give me a pointer or two to make sure it gets done right. they even price match local tire stores and the have the TPMS sensors on hand (I've had two go out since I've owned the car). Plus my car is washed every time before I get it back. No reason to go anywhere else. More
