Sales Consultant: Joshua – Insulting "Goodwill" Offer for a Two-Time Buyer I am writing this review to express my extreme frustration with the sales management and communication standards at Auffenberg. I w a Two-Time Buyer I am writing this review to express my extreme frustration with the sales management and communication standards at Auffenberg. I worked with Joshua on the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle. Because I am a repeat customer who has done business with this group before, I expected a standard level of professional courtesy. After my mechanic flagged a bad alternator and a failing battery during my 7-day return trial, I contacted Joshua to see if the management team would cooperate to fix these electrical items. They ducked my messages until the final day of my return window, only to reply with a script stating the car worked fine while it sat on their lot. As a "goodwill gesture," they offered to sell me a battery at cost—completely ignoring the failing alternator that would actually strand my family. Dealerships complain about a lack of buyer loyalty, but when a two-time customer hands you a direct opportunity to maintain a relationship, trying to sell them more parts instead of standing behind a vehicle's basic safety is a terrible business practice. I will be taking my vehicle service and all future family vehicle acquisitions to competing local dealerships. More

The service department was great and worked with me the best they could despite the complications caused by the parts department ordering the wrong part MULTIPLE TIMES. It was very frustrating that it took 3 visits for a part replacement that took less than an hour. Thankfully once the correct part was in hand, Brad bumped me to the front of the line so I didn't have to waste a 3rd day leaving my car at the dealership. Whoever oversees the parts department (which isn't Services for some weird reason) really needs to be evaluated on their management and absolute refusal to address what I've come to learn is a common issue with this parts department. Also, no complementary water at this location even though other Auffenberg dealers do offer it. Not sure why that is. More
