Had a great experience with Dan Slaughter buying a new Carnival. He was very polite and helpful and worked hard to find the exact vehicle we wanted!! I recently brought my 2022 telluride in to the service department far and oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by Ashley Mansker with a big smile on her face. I told her what I was there for and she asked if I would need a car to use while mine was being serviced and I said no that I would wait for it. She then took me into the waiting area and got me a water where I sat and watched TV. A short time later she came in to check on me and seeing if I need anything else and said my car should be done in about 15 minutes. She also asked me if I would like my car washed and I told her no thank you that I had just done it When my car was done she drove it up to the counter where I signed my papers open the door and my car was running and I got in and took off and thought to myself what great service!! Ashley was very cordial very friendly very considerate and very thoughtful in the service she provided me. Her positive attitude and helping me made me have a good rest of my day. She is an amazing young lady I hope I get her the next time my car is due for service More
We just bought our 3rd vehicle from Dan Slaughter and could not be happier with him. Dan goes out if his way to fit you with the vehicle that suits you best as well as fits your budget. He has gone over and above again for us and am looking forward to our next purchase with him. 5 stars is not enough for the level of service Dan provides during and especially after the sale. When I come in for an oil change he comes by and asks about the family and if I am still loving our vehicles and if there is anything he can do for us. Auffenberg KIA treats customers right!! More

Where to start... it is bad enough to get a recall on a car, but when it takes four hours to put in a part, just to be told that you need something else and it has to be ordered???? I live 1.5 hours from dealership, they ordered the part my car needed, they called when it came in, I called the next day to make an appointment. It was scheduled and seemed good. I was called 3 more times about making an appt. The third call they said they were going to send the part back if I didn't respond. What??? I called for a week, could not get a human to answer the phone. I finally called SCHEDULING again to make an appt. I explain the situation and the girl puts me on hold to call service to see what is happening, she comes back and says she is sorry, no one answered. No kidding!! She says she will leave a message and if they don't call me, the service manager would call. No surprise, I did not get a call. Fast forward to today, my Husband takes my car to get the part put on, 2.5 hours later they finally come out and say the part is defective and another will need to be ordered. Omg!!! My Husband asked about the back up camera not working and would this part be fixing that, the answer was no. So he asked how to get it fixed. He was told they don't make that part anymore, but we could order one to be found and refurbished. It takes 3 to 10 days to get the part. When they call you, you have 5 days to get it installed, or you will be charged 300.00. The guy asked if he wants to schedule the service and my Husband says when will the part be here, the guy says he doesn't know, but you only have 5 days, or you will be charged. Ok, remember we live 1.5 hours away and both work full time jobs. They went around this bush for a while until it was laughable and my Husband left. This is such a joke of customer service!! More
They tried to tell me that I needed ALL new brakes- all the way around. I know that's not true. When I refused to do this they overcharged me by at least $50 for the oil change & GDI flush they were suppos the way around. I know that's not true. I really doubt they did anything at all to my car. I will never go back there again. I have had nothing but problems with them. So after this I will be taking my car someplace else. Because these people here try to force you to buy thing you don't need. Because all total would have been around $1000. I have to scrape to get the oil change & GDI thing done only for them to add another $50 for no reason. They really try & succeed in ripping people off there. I don't trust the people there to do their job at all. If they can't get more money out of you they don't have anymore time to deal with you at all. More
I would actually give them zero stars. Dropped the car off the night before and spoke with a service center employee who knew the reason for the appointment. Arrived the next evening to find out that no one had even looked at my car, did not call me to explain, and nothing was done on the car. These are safety issues and they didn't even feel the need to call me to tell me the issue. This was a Friday, I told the service center employee I wanted a call from the manager on Monday- I have not received a call or any type of apology from the dealership service manager or any communication at all. Please find another Kia dealership for service. This is the worst service I have ever received, will travel somewhere else to get my car fixed- please be cautious they are horrible to work with!! I will not take my car there for service and I will not ever consider Auffenberg for buying a car if this is how they treat customers. More

I get a call from my daughter, she has a flat tire. No biggie, she pulls into St. Clair Mall to change it. A short moment later she realizes she's missing a part she needs. So, I call Mark hoping he'd at least be able to walk me through what was needed. After about 2 minutes on the phone he goes, "You know what, I'm just going to head over and see for myself." Within 25 minutes of my initial call to him my daughter's spare was on and she was safely back on the road. ***HE LEFT DURING SALES HOURS FOLKS!! We all know working in sales goes, you got to be there to make a sale, let's be honest! But he was willing to possibly lose a new sale to help out an old sale.. 😊 Meant the world to me and my daughter! Thank you Mark for always being there, no matter while buying, leasing or after the sale!! You've always made me feel like all questions I asked were important (and let's be real, some were, well.. NOT) 🤣 The process of buying multiple vehicle's with Auffenberg has been truly memorable! They take care of you not only during, but after the sale as well.
