Worst I ever had! Just left Honda dealer who we would have bought a car from had it had leather seats, greater by everyone up to Vice President of dealership , Salesper Just left Honda dealer who we would have bought a car from had it had leather seats, greater by everyone up to Vice President of dealership , Salesperson at Auffenberg was new but friendly and did his job well. Our problem started when we dealt with floor sales manager, we told him what we wanted to pay and the interest rate we wanted him to get close to, he left came back said we had a deal Great, now we go to finance guy and it's getting late, finally the paper work is done and wow we are thousands apart , not what we agreed to, I'm ready to leave . Enter sales manager he said we agreed to that price and I said no we didn't , after a lot of back and forth haggling and crying about losing money never mind that he wanted us to pay more than budget allowed , I wanted to go but my wife wanted the car so we agree to a price , now the extended warranty , I turned it down , it never was explained , but I asked for a copy of sales sheet and finance guy said no, I said but I can buy it later right and he said not at this price, talk about driving away a sale! Now the dealership is closed we told them we would pick up the car in the morning at 10 am , we got there it was raining and cold , walked in finance guy is talking to salesman , never said hello , had to page our salesman, who showed up and told he only had one set of keys they couldn't find the 2nd set but promised he would find and bring them to us, he took my wife out to the car and showed her how to operate controls , we took car home I washed it a couple days later and found a sticky substance on hood and driver side windshield, the pass.side had tape on it from a sticker , I found plastic sheeting throughout car and removed it. The salesman brought us the other set of keys . My thought is no matter how much you pay for a car you should be treated with dignity and honesty. We spent $40,000 dollars on a car and I never felt like we got treated properly.. The Honda dealer where we bought our car we traded in was a Great experience from the sale to servicing. I will not recommend Auffenberg are buy another car myself and I will be looking next year. I know how car sales go I have bought a lot of cars but this is the worse . More

Negotiation takes too long... Hidden fees! Sales reps have little to no input in the overall process. Management needs to make process simpler. The only complaint I have ever had is when I brought my first sonata in for service a few years ago and was quoted a price. After the service, I was charged a different amount than quoted. That was upsetting. They did offer a free oil change at next visit, but I never did use it. More
