A Pleasant Experience For the past year, I have been shying away from shopping for a new car because I remember it as a time-consuming, generally intimidating experience. Jerry took the time to answer all my questions (even questions on my old car) and he made sure I understood the car's features as well as the financing. Disgrace to Hyundai Its a utter disgrace that this dealer advertises a car at a certain price (I did qualify for all discounts except the $400 college grad, as I own 2 ot Its a utter disgrace that this dealer advertises a car at a certain price (I did qualify for all discounts except the $400 college grad, as I own 2 other Hyundai and am military), but then when you get the final price they add on $599.00 of non-negotiable dealer xx. (99.00 for nitrogen filled tires, 299.00 for "paint protection" and 199.00 "auto club". These "extras" are NOT listed ANYWHERE on the website and were conveniently tucked into the taxes and licenses fee, even though there was a section on the bill of sale that listed these items but was blank. Since I already knew the price of the car and calculated my taxes and title fees, I knew the price was almost $700.00 too high. When I asked for a breakdown of the fees and he returned, he immediately stated that these were NON-Negotiable due to the discounted price of the car (???? discount it and mark it back up???) and it was his sales managers decision. What an unethical business practice. If a customer wants to purchase a vehicle at the advertised price and doesnt WANT these added "features", then we should not be forced to pay for them, or not buy the vehicle. VERY DECEPTIVE. More
