I was very comfortable the first time coming in, so I knew I would be comfortable this time. Keith Dalton reached out to me by phone before my visit to the dealer. He was very helpful, friendly & professional. When I got to the dealer on my birthday, the car I was looking at was ready for me to test drive. I decided that was the car I wanted, but in a darker color. I let Keith know & he was more than happy to assist me with that.
