I was expecting a high-pressured salesman, which always makes for an aggravating experience, but was pleasantly surprised by the low-pressured salesman. A vehicle is a major investment, and no one likes to be pressured into spending a lot of money on a vehicle without thinking about the purchase at length. The vehicle that I test-drove did not have all of the features that I wanted, but the salesman talked about a vehicle that was exactly what I wanted. I felt that he listened to what I said and was able to quickly provide a better option. He and the dealership gave me what I thought was a good enough deal to where I didn't need to haggle on the price. Very grateful for the smooth, painless transaction. What I thought would be a dreadful experience turned out to be very exciting. Thank you, Auffenberg!!!! More

Very happy expierence We were actually not sure what we wanted to buy. I decided to go to the Hyundai dealer and looking for a new car.
