You take your vehicle in to have work done on and it’s like they never have parts. You would think they would have brake parts. Now it’s to the point do I take my vehicle back to them to have other work d like they never have parts. You would think they would have brake parts. Now it’s to the point do I take my vehicle back to them to have other work done. I had brakes done and I had to take it back 3 different times cause something was wrong with them. The last time I even asked for a hat for my inconvenience of having to bring it back in and they couldn’t even do that. More

Routine 55,000 mile service. Dropped off vehicle expecting not to be called until afternoon and asked for a ride home. Agent was up front with costs and recommended services and all I asked to be done was completed in minimum time. Received a video text from the mechanic explaining what he had accomplished with no recommendations needed. Completely satisfied. More
