I took my 2 year old Ford to this dealer since the system has recently been sending me texts messages that state my system is shutting down to conserve the battery. I was informed that my battery was fine a has recently been sending me texts messages that state my system is shutting down to conserve the battery. I was informed that my battery was fine and essentially that these warning were not a problem and basically to ignore them. Over the next few days the car system has begun telling me to turn the car off and back on to even get my screen to work. I am getting text messages telling me my car is turning systems off to conserve battery. I left a message for Mr. Barkofske last week and still have not heard from him. Now my lock and unlock system has become troublesome. I will continue to try to get service on this problem. More
Recall to replace a faulty airbag - it took them 2 days to finish, and they only work during weekdays. It’s my only vehicle, so had to beg for rides from coworkers.
