I purchased my vehicle in aug of 2023. Driving away with nothing more than 90 day temp tags. The title and purchasing paper work was to be mail during that time. I have spoke With multiple different employees regarding the “paperwork” that was supposed to get mailed to me. Here we are nearly a year later and I still have not received the necessary paperwork to register the vehicle, nor a reason as to why it can’t be obtained. A whole year of car payment on a car I’m unable to legally own. More
Ford had my car for 4 months. Mainly because of the advisor I had. It took them a month before they even got to my car and then another month for the parts to come in and another Mainly because of the advisor I had. It took them a month before they even got to my car and then another month for the parts to come in and another month to work on it & then once they did work on it they my advisor called and said my car was ready just for nothing to really have been done that I asked. And to top it all off when my advisor tried to give me my car back he tried to hurry and get me to sign the papers which something told me to check everything out first. I went to to check on my car and it was TRASHED! Everything in my glove departments and middle section was all over my car as if they were looking for something it was terrible and they clearly went through my personal buisness because they would leave stuff like that on top. When I asked for my car to be cleaned and fixed it took another week and all they did was stuff everything back in random places. I would never take my car to Ford again and I would never buy card from ford and or get another Ford brand car. I asked for someone in management to call me through the entire process left voicemails for them for 4 months never got not 1 call back. My advisor was just as terrible he never answered the phone but at the end of everything insisted on me giving him a better review. I wouldn’t dare give anyone in that establishment a decent review after what I went through dealing with them. More
