EVERY interaction I have had with this dealership has been a deception. I bought a car from them which turned out to be a lemon. Thankfully I bought the warranty so when the engine needed to be replace been a deception. I bought a car from them which turned out to be a lemon. They told me that they did an inspection and topped off fluids, but the oil was completely empty, like they drained it but forgot to refill it. They sent me an email with offers of services, and they aren't honoring the service they SENT TO ME! If at all possible I will never do business with them again. More

The service ctr staff had my Ford Escape for over 3 weeks after deciding that the transmission needed to be replaced. Once the new or rebuilt transmission was received by the department, the work progressed after deciding that the transmission needed to be replaced. Once the new or rebuilt transmission was received by the department, the work progressed nicely and I finally got my car back running nicely. I appreciated receiving a loaner car for 1 weekend.
