Our experience was as good as it gets when purchasing a vehicle. No complaints with the experience. Everything went excellent except they failed to fill my tires with air when I specifically asked to check tire pressure. So I wasted my time by having to go back to have my tire pressure filled. Also, the appointment scheduler should’ve mentioned that a car pick up and delivery is available since the shuttle process has changed. They should’ve also mentioned about the 3% surcharge when paying with a credit card. I would’ve brought my debit card. Overall, things like this should’ve been mentioned during the appointment scheduling so customers would be better prepared and given the options to select services provided. More
