Everything went excellent except they failed to fill my tires with air when I specifically asked to check tire pressure. So I wasted my time by having to go back to have my tire pressure filled. Also, the appointment scheduler should’ve mentioned that a car pick up and delivery is available since the shuttle process has changed. They should’ve also mentioned about the 3% surcharge when paying with a credit card. I would’ve brought my debit card. Overall, things like this should’ve been mentioned during the appointment scheduling so customers would be better prepared and given the options to select services provided. More

My experience at with the service department is always positive. They don't recommend unneeded work and one time even talked me out of something I thought I needed.
