I appreciated the committment Paul had to finding me a car. I was undecided when I left the lot the first time, but he kept searching for a car that would suit my needs and made several return calls to car. Auffenberg will rip you off on service. Their service department told me I needed new ball joints and wanted to charge me $900. I took it to a dealer I trusted in St. Charles, MO and the technician expa department told me I needed new ball joints and wanted to charge me $900. I took it to a dealer I trusted in St. Charles, MO and the technician expanined that there was nothing wrong with the ball joints, in fact they were quite tight. The only thing I needed was a little grease on the joints and bushings to get rid of a creaky noise. That did the job. The dealer only charged me for a fron end alighment, which I thought was a good idea. The correct dignosis saved me $800. I will never take my car back to Auffenberg. Their customer service is sub-standard, they rarely have any parts in stock, and they close earlier than most Ford service departments. More
I originally ordered a new '12 Mustang from the dealer on the 18th of March. My first month experince with this dealer was actually rather poor, however after that first month (while I was waiting for my ca the 18th of March. That's when Paul Sturma took over my order. Paul was a welcomed relief from the negitive experience of the process. This was my first new car purchase so I was somewhat nervous about it, but Paul took the time to assit me in the process. He was very friendly and understood (and simpithized) the expereience I had with the previous 'tool box' salesman. My overall experience with Ford North was great, and I would totally go there again. To make things even better Paul is still working with me to get some rebate information squared away. Great job Auffenberg Ford North. More

Zachary continued to work with us until we could agree on the terms of the deal even though it took a couple of days, he was patient and friendly. Jason met us before we even entered the building and introduced himself. He was very friendly and seemed sincere in his desire to help me buy the right car for me. We have been researching to buy a Ford Raptor for about a year, and are ready to buy. We were contacted by George Slaughter internet sales for Auffenberg.He told us he had the truck we were looking for at hi year, and are ready to buy. We were contacted by George Slaughter internet sales for Auffenberg.He told us he had the truck we were looking for at his dealership. He spoke to us on the phone and also e-mailed us a quote (we still have it) of $46,111 if we would come in and purchase the vehicle. This was a good price so we decided to drive the hour and 10 minutes from O'Fallon Missouri to purchase the vehicle. Long story short, when we arrived to purchase the truck, the manager sent a salesman out with a quote on a yellow post-it note with the "sticker price" on it of $50,8xx, (I forget the last few numbers). He told the salesman to tell us that he would not honor the quote from George Slaughter, and that he has been turning down offers from other dealerships for this truck. We wasted time and money to be treated so poorly. We can pay sticker price 5 minutes from our home. This is a very unethical business practice and in my opinion, should be against the law. More
