After some negotiations, Mr Mitchell and shook hands on a deal. He even wrote down on the hand written contract "One Key" which he stated was for the third set of keys, which we had shaken hands on. After agreeing to a price over the phone and arriving with a check the next day I was told that the price would not be valid and there would be financing fees, even though I was not financing the car. This is actually our third used vehicle we have bought from Auffenberg Ford. The quality is always superior and the pricing is fair. They have always given us a fair value for our trade in.
