Just a awful place. I give second and third chances and auffenberg has destroyed them all. 1st time 25 years ago they took advance of a young newly married couple here. I give second and third chances and auffenberg has destroyed them all. 1st time 25 years ago they took advance of a young newly married couple here. 15 years ago, straight out lied to about everything on vehicle I purchased, and then recently again lied to by salesman, typical, manager and the finance officer. All three convinced me I purchased a vehicle that was certified. I found out a year later that it was not and either terrible mechanics at auffenberg VW or just lies to steal money diagnosed my vehicle wrong. Luckily I took home and fixed myself. Over a year later still running strong due to a non car mechanics and google. All I can say if you buy a car make them put everything they say in writing as you watch or good luck when they play the dumb game. More

Choose another location if you want your vehicle fixed. They can't think beyond what their computer tells them! The prices are extremely high and they just seem to be in it for the money. They sold my boyfriend a car they DO NOT HAVE A TITLE FOR! It was on car guru for a month before he went to the dealership. He cannot even drive it because he cannot get insurance on a car he has no titl FOR! It was on car guru for a month before he went to the dealership.
