Tried both the Belleville and Shiloh location to get my vehicle fixed under warranty. Both locations were terrible about calling back and I ended up having to find a different dealer to cover my warranty vehicle fixed under warranty. Both locations were terrible about calling back and I ended up having to find a different dealer to cover my warranty work. I would not advise going to either for Service work. They don't value your time nor do they give you a loaner vehicle. Nothing like having an appointment for an oil change at 8am and at noon you call and they tell you they might have to keep it overnight due to some carry over service calls. I will not be buying anymore vehicles from them nor getting anymore service work done. I contacted FORD and they were useless too. More

I went in with an amount that I wanted to spend and JORDAN was very patient even when I changed my mind about 3 times. Sales experience was good. They wanted the sale so yeah whatever we get the car. Just over a month in and we get our first rain. Turns out the sunroof leaks and now we can’t get the sunroof to work at all. I call in sure that they’ll cover it. Louis (our salesman) said they couldn’t because it’s not covered under the warranty we have because it’s an electrical issue. The original issue wasn’t electrical. The original issue was a leaking sunroof that then caused electrical issues. They refuse to help and said all they could do is pay for the diag for them to look at it but wouldn’t cover repairs. So my husband and I have to get the sunroof fixed and whatever issues the leak has/will cause. I would advise just go somewhere else. More
