Proceed at this dealership with extreme caution This dealership is full of predators looking to make you their prey, from the inexperienced, 21 yea Proceed at this dealership with extreme caution This dealership is full of predators looking to make you their prey, from the inexperienced, 21 year old salesman Dylan who has only been working there for a few months {he received 2 different calls from 2 previous customers complaining about the cars they had purchased}, to the loud talking and aggressive sales manager who was too busy to meet me - pretending to be busy on the phone while I could hear him ordering his lunch, to other 2 floor salemen trash talking about customers they could not sell and finally the slick talking finance manager Brandon who kept me waiting for hours for no valid reason since I had a cashiers check from my bank for the full price of the vehicle in my hands. Heavy on the high pressure sales tactics there were at least 10 separate attempts to have me finance through their banking affiliates, 5 attempts occurring even after I presented a cashiers check from my bank. I said NO 10 times. There were 8 separate attempts to get me to buy a ceramic coating for $1,000. I said NO 8 times. There were 6 specific attempts to get me to purchase an extended warranty even after I told them I had it handled already through my bank, I said NO 6 times. Each of the above listed individuals was committed only to persisting with these incessant attempts to manipulate and pressure me so they could make make more money on a high mileage vehicle they purchased at an auction. I finally had to get visably angry and threaten to walk out 2 different times for them to move forward to close the deal. My due diligence is the only reason I got a used car for a decent price. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Zero Stars. Women shopping alone should have their guardrails all the way up. Women of Color should just not even bother shopping with this dealership. More

I dropped off my vehicle off at 8am for recall work, was told it would be done by 2pm, and they would call me. Kevin tried to get me to get my rear differential fluid done also (at the cost of ($289) though it wasn't even on the maintenance schedule. I told him no. 2pm came and went, and no call. I called them at 2:40 and left a message with a tech, despite having to use a different extension because the "voicemail was full" for the service status mailbox. I did not receive a callback. I finally went down to the shop 1.5 hours after my vehicle was promised to be done, and was finally told they had to order parts for the recall repair, and that it wouldn't be done until the following day. They never bothered to call and keep me in the loop on any of it. When I made the appointment., I went into the shop last week IN PERSON and demonstrated the recalled item's non-functionality. The appointment repair was scheduled a week later. They should have ordered the parts at that time, but no. I was requested to leave it overnight and they'd do the repair first thing in the morning. The next day, since the phones still weren't working. I dropped by at 11am, after leaving another message at 9am for a callback. They couldn't even tell me for sure whether the parts had even arrived. Kevin gave me his personal cell number since he said he wasn't aware of any phone issues. I texted him that I needed the truck by 2pm. He stated that they couldn't get it done by then. I said, "we are done here, I am coming to pick up the truck". I told I needed a shuttle to get the truck now, and he told me they were "on lunch". Rather than wait, I rode my bicycle the five minutes to the shop to get the truck, where I was told "it's all apart, and it's going to be at least ten minutes while they reassemble it". Three minutes later, he pulled it into the bay. While I was waiting for the truck, another customer and I struck up a conversation about the issues he was having with them overcharging his warranty and trying to upsell him on things not needed (see differential above). So it's not just me. I will not be returning to this dealership. I would rather drive 30 minutes to the next closest dealership than patronize these people again. They will not be getting a fake five star review from me. I wouldn't let these people touch my truck again. More
