Bought a 2019 very trax. Only had it for 2 to 3 weeks. Battery went bad, car would not start unless you jump it. Called Zach to see what they would do to fix the problem. Overall smooth sales experience. Sales people were respectful and made accommodations for me when I had forgotten some documents. Worst experience I have ever had at a dealer. Took my 2016 f250 in for a recall and d.e.f. fault. They told me they couldn't fix my diesel but the recall was done. When I picked my truck up the steering column was still in pieces. Not confident in this dealer. Will not be going back there ever again More
