Auffenberg Ford Belleville responded

There was an error within the Ford computer system for Mr. Mayo. We were able to track down all the certification paperwork and get Ford to backdate everything to ensure his Focus would be repaired under the warranty. Unfortunately it did take several days to fix the internal paperwork due to Covid and we would appreciate the opportunity to help Mr. Mayo in the future!
