This place is nothing but a JOKE! I bought a car 2 months ago from here & has had nothing but issues! They are good to ya until you actually buy the vehicle then its all downhill from I bought a car 2 months ago from here & has had nothing but issues! They are good to ya until you actually buy the vehicle then its all downhill from there, NOONE knows anything they tell ya one thing then do or say another. Its rediculous! There is absolutly no call for what I have/am going through with these people, they are just the worst! I would highly advise buying or even looking at a vehicle from this place. Week after she had got the vehicle found out there was a leak somewhere due to floor board being wet so I called them & have had nothing but ISSUES with getting it fixed you talk to one they send ya to someone else then you talk to another and then when you call again noone knows what your talking about from the last phone call its just a big mess & NOT VERY GOOD SERVICE at all. Now I wish I wouldnt have even bought anything from them. BAD BAD BAD business! Ive been calling for 2 months straight to get things fixed & taken care of but like I said of course noone knows anything or theres noone there to do this or that or they didnt say this or that BS! VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE!! I WOULDNT GIVE ANY STARS AT ALL BUT IT WONT LET YA DO THAT SO I HAD TO PUT 1 More

Mr. Jerome West was phenomenal with helping me to find my new vehicle. He showed me all around each of the plaza malls so that I could check all the different males and models. Kyle couldn’t have been less interested in selling me a car. He strung me along on my questions about the car’s maintenance history and told me he was too busy and would work on it Monday. Needless to say the car is still on the lot and I purchased elsewhere. If your salesman isn’t willing to find out basic information on a used car with multiple owners there is a reason. Such a shame as with a minimal amount of effort I was walking out with the car. More
