Next day went in and after hearing that I didn't want to double my car payment and buy a brand new car they were done helping me. They didn't even offer anything under double what I already pay! I used my one day off to go in and be lied to. I wish I could rate lower than one star. More

Cheated In Buying From Audubon Because I Trusted Them I saw an Audubon Chrysler Center advertisement on the internet for a new Dodge Caravan. The cost was in the ad was $27,780 minus dealer offers of $5,000 for a final price of $22,780. I live 150 miles from the dealer, so I called and made a deal on the phone with salesman Bret Stinson to buy the car. With another bonus of $1,000 that Stinson said that I would receive, the final cost we agreed on was $21,780 minus the trade in cost if I traded my car in. I went to pick up the car. We agreed on $1,500 for the trade in, so the total cost that I was to pay for the car was $20,280. Stinson then went and spoke to the "boss", (I don't know his name). He returned and told me that the boss had agreed with the deal we had made. He also brought a blank Sales Order and had me sign it He said that he would have it filled out with all the numbers we had agreed to. I signed it. This was my mistake. I believed Stinson. I was then taken to their accountant. There were many other forms to sign, I think about 12 to 15. The accountant had each form marked as to where I was to sign. He said that this was only a formality and that all numbers on the forms were what we had agreed to. Again, I made a mistake and signed each form quickly without checking the numbers. I trusted them. After signing the forms, the few that I was to have were put in a sealed envelope and given to me. I then drove the car home.I opened the envelope to glance at the forms. I found out that the numbers were totally different than what we had agreed on. The beginning sales price was listed as $27,729, even though their ad on the internet said $22,780. They also added a service contract cost of $ 3,495 that was never discussed. I found out that the contract would take affect five years in the future, when the service contract I received with the car expires. I was 85 years old when I bought the car. Does anyone in their right mind believe that a person that age would buy anything that did not take affect for five years. The next day, I called salesman Stinson and asked him why all of these numbers had been changed. He said that he would find out and call me back. He never returned my call. I filed a complaint with Dodge Customer Assistant Center. They contacted Audubon and emailed an answer back to me. Sales Manager, Derrick, told them that the service contract had been cancelled and that he would call me and discuss everything with me. He never called me. Two months later I received a bill from Capital One who the car was financed with. The $3,495 for the service contract was still on the bill. It had not been cancelled. After calling and talking to Capital One many times, they worked with Audubon and removed the service contract from my bill. However, they said that I would have to pay about three months interest on the service contract cost. They had given the $3,495 to Audubon and then it was returned to Capital One. I had nothing at all to do with the contract, but I had to pay interest on it. Eventually, through FCA Incentives Assistance Center, I spoke with the general manager of Audubon. ( I don't know his title). I explained the whole problem to him. He said that there was nothing he would about my problems. When I told him about how I had to pay the interest on the service contract that Audubon should have paid since they held the money, he said that it was a Capital One problem and he couldn't control Capital One. He didn't even apologize for me having to pay what Audubon should have. More
A bunch of crooks Audubon Chrysler Dealer and Bennett Motors are a bunch of low life crooks...I would never deal with them or suggest anyone else deal with them after t Audubon Chrysler Dealer and Bennett Motors are a bunch of low life crooks...I would never deal with them or suggest anyone else deal with them after the ringer they just put my boyfriend through. They took full advantage of a guy who was in a tough life/financial situation with no other options and sold him a vehicle that was apparently totaled out in Arkansas and rebuilt, selling it to him for 4 times the price that it was actually worth...with a loan, it's going to be 8 times the actual worth. No other dealership will touch it for a trade in, and several dealerships have said this is the worst situation of being taken advantage of they've seen. We were hoping to rely on this vehicle as our family vehicle when I have our daughter in October, but now we've learned it's a ticking time bomb of major frame and axel problems...really a comforting thought being pregnant and knowing the axel could break just driving it. The only way Audubon will do anything for us is by doubling his monthly payments and pay $2,000 up front for a Jeep, not exactly the baby friendly vehicle we were looking for. Not to mention, how do they expect us to afford that kind of payment with a child on the way? I mean, literally, my Chevy Prism is in better condition than the piece of xxxx Chevy Trailblazer they sold him. Kenny Kent have been the only ones to realistically give us an affordable option and try to work with us, but we need a cosigner so it's just not a real option for us at the moment. So if you're looking for a good screw, Audubon and Bennett are really good at the double team. 😉 More
I wouldn't send my worse enemy here. Worse place ever. The only person I liked was JJ he truly needs to go to another car lot so they won't ruin his name. They also don't inspect there trade ins and sale junk. Wish they had a zero on the review they dint deserve a one. They also cancel my warranty and didn't tell me try say I wanted.
