Going in for service already and limited slots for service available. Courtesy car should be unlimited time if service such requires. I called the dealer on a Saturday morning and got Ken. I told him what I was looking for and asked if he had the car available to test drive, which he did. We came in approximately an hour later and he was very thorough in showing the car features before the test drive, and once we got back and decided to proceed with that model, he and his team did a great job in locating a car to our specifications and working with us on the numbers to make the deal work.
