As a big fan of Audi I was hugely disappointed with my experience with Audi DTLA. While the facilities are beautiful and it looks premium, but the experience is not. The service department preys on those experience with Audi DTLA. While the facilities are beautiful and it looks premium, but the experience is not. The service department preys on those they think are ignorant. In my case, they blatantly lied to me about where I could get my Audi Q5's aligned done. I was told I could only get it done at an Audi dealer because it was Quattro - this is not true, and more an attempt to get more money out of me - $225 at the dealership vs. $90 at a reputable tire shop. They also tried to sell me their tires, which were 40% more expensive than tire shops. I understand the need to make money, but to be lied to and ripped off does not give the impression of a premium experience. More
