Audi Wyoming Valley - Service Center

Dropped off vehicle night before. I confirmed to service next day. Said it would be ready by end of day .Manager assured 10 am next day, part wasn't getting there in time. I took day I confirmed to service next day. Said it would be ready by end of day .Manager assured 10 am next day, part wasn't getting there in time. I took day off from work. I called at 10:20am, said service manager not in, would get back to me. While waiting, attempted to reach service manager I dealt with day before through number that texted me. No response. Called main number, they sent me to line of service manager on duty that day, left message. No response. It took over an hour to hear back from a receptionist that my vehicle was ready. Just felt like no follow through from day before and no one had any idea of what was going on with my vehicle. Had I not made the initial call, not sure what would of happened. Usually would not have been an issue, but as explained to service manager, I was taking the day off since I would need to take the vehicle to my son who is in college and get back my vehicle, that's when he assured me it would be ready by 10 am. I haven't had many dealings with this dealership so as of now I would recommend the service center due to the quality of work. More

AWV is a seriously low quality place with extremely lousy service and unprofessional staff. With a $170 diagnostic package, the diagnosis they offered was nothing more than a “maybe”. Imagine knowing that your car has a problem; you made an appointment with expert service to determine the specific cause of the problem, but all you get is “maybe the problem is this or that—I'm not 100% sure! First I had to call 5 times and just got connected to voicemails. When I went in they had no loaners although the salesman promised a loaner would always be available. So I had to wait in the waiting room of a dirty dealership. The floors were disgusting. I had to wait over 2 hours and there was no water or snacks. I used to go to a much smaller dealership in central PA and at least they were clean and offered refreshments while I waited because of their incompetent staff. And. Whatever you do. Do NOT go in the womens bathroom. I have seen cleaner bathrooms at 2 am in a college bar. There was toilet paper all over the floor (but none in the holders). The toilets hadn't been flushed....I wont continue, you get the point. Very low budget dealership. Go anywhere else if you can. More
