Q5 was taken in for an oil change. After 1 1/2 hours of me waiting, I asked is the vehicle finished? That’s when I was told they were doing a 40,000 mile checkup. Not good! John was great through out the process, very responsive and informative. However, I was disappointed in the condition of the vehicle that was returned to me. I expected more attention to detail out of Audi service department, and would have appreciated it being cleaned off and returned in a similar condition that it was dropped off in.
