UPDATED*** I drove over an hour to have mud shields installed on my Q3 just to be told that they didn’t check them before scheduling my appointment and they had ordered the wrong product. I was told th installed on my Q3 just to be told that they didn’t check them before scheduling my appointment and they had ordered the wrong product. I was told they would contact me when the new shields arrived. It has been almost two months and I have still not received any communication. Disappointed with my first service experience. Hoping I am contacted soon to correct the situation. -I was contacted by the dealership and they offered me a valet service to come pick up my car and have the correct mud shields installed. They left me with a loaner, the process was seamless. Very thankful they were able to correct the situation. Thank you to the service team at Audi Wyoming Valley! More
