Unfortunately, I have had several issues with the service department at Wyoming Valley Audi. I have been most patient and understanding with their lack of computers, lack of on time service and incompetence department at Wyoming Valley Audi. I have been most patient and understanding with their lack of computers, lack of on time service and incompetence, but this time it is both frustrating and unprofessional. The service department refused to listen or address my concerns regarding the noise in my car on two occasions and even refused to hear my son and I’s diagnosis being a possible wheel bearing issue. I tried addressing the issue they had with my car for 5 weeks on two different occasions and they said it was a rear differential. Granted they replaced the differential, so I think as I never had proof it was my car and after 5 weeks of a car that I was unable to use as it sat at the garage they finally diagnosed the wheel bearing. How can mechanics miss an obvious problem especially after supposedly changing all 4 brakes during this time??? Clearly your mechanics need more training. Brian, the sevice manager tries to “smooth” everything over and refuses to answer any hard questions and is constantly making excuses for the mechanics and insulting the customer, being myself and my grown son. I like Brian, but he should lot be taking the hit for unqualified and lazy mechanics. Get is together and hire qualified mechanics that actually know what they are doing. I am not even sure that my car was even fixed with all the things they said it was as they refuse to show me my car when the differential was being replaced. They refused to show me anything. They said that owners are not alllowed in the garage. I asked for picture or video proof of my repairs, nothing, but what looked like a stock photo of oil. So ridiculous and I will not be continuing my business with Audi of Wyoming Valley. They are deceitful and unprofessional. It is a shame that business has come to this point and that your service department is ruining a good brand like Audi. More

I had two keys to my 2015 A3 I had one at my apartment I thought but quickly found out I was wrong. Wasn’t to worried about my second key until I arrived at work opened my bag to take something out and neve thought but quickly found out I was wrong. I ended up walking all the way through my warehouse to the very back to then realize my only key I had to my car was not there. I quickly retraced my steps for 4 hours and hadn’t found them. My mother called Audi of Wyoming valley and explained what happened and they kindly told us the price of the fob and it would arrive in a few days. Few days later got a call that my fob was ready to be programmed had my car towed there and they programmed it in about 15 minutes super quick and easy. While I was waiting in the waiting area they offered snacks drinks and were very kind even asked me if I would like my car washed. Also the guy that programmed and billed me was very nice I will be going back for further service and whatever else I will need done on my A3. More
