When a dealer charges you full price for a car with issues and tells you they can't get a key due to shortage and sell you the car with one key...and then come back saying to leave a 5 star review and they'll have the key! We had never considered an Audi when searching for a smaller SUV. A friend suggested we give it a test... I connected with Dee Long online and set up an appointment. I dropped off my car in the morning to have it worked on. Specifically asked for it not to have its "courtesy" car wash. I am an auto detailing enthusiast. The car has been paint corrected, ceramic coated and etc. From my dashcam footage it appeared that the car went through a "car wash machine". When I called and asked for my service advisor, he said it was "washed by hand". In addition, the car was left on the lot around 10 am, I called him around noon for an update, he ended up calling me back around 4pm. So the car has been sitting there since 10am... This is why I dislike going to dealerships. stellar experience and thanks for teaching me the new way to "handwash" you car. More
