Because I am not from Portland and I have always rely heavily on my Audi Navigation in my car. So I got lost as soon as I hit the freeway. Nevertheless I called up Audi Wilsonville and explained my problem, they immediately told me to go back and switch out my loaner. I was going to deduct a star for this but since they resolved my problem right away I am a happy customer. More

Within 24 hours I had a deal and within 48 hours I had driven from Seattle to Wilsonville to pick-up the car. I had spent 6 weeks looking for an A5 Sportback in the Seattle area and let me say that Joe and Anton restored my faith in the industry compared to Seattle & Bellevue Audi. These guy were quick to respond, honest and eager. Even picking up the car - I was there maybe 90 minutes before handing over the keys to my end-of-lease Allroad and driving off in the A5.
