Friendly People, Excellent Service Dee Sanchez was my service rep. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in every way. I had two separate issues with my A7. First, the battery Dee Sanchez was my service rep. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in every way. I had two separate issues with my A7. First, the battery failed. It was replaced without question and I was provided a clean newer vehicle to drive while the A7 was in the shop. Secondly, I received a recall notice regarding potentially defective overhead air bags. I was impressed that the Service Dept. had the parts in stock and scheduled the work for the next day. The work was done in a timely manner and the A7 was returned in pristine condition. Again, I was provided a vehicle to drive while my A7 was in the shop. I have been very impressed with all my contacts at Wilsonville Audi but was especially impressed with Dee’s professionalism and eagerness to achieve the best outcome for me the customer. I have two Audis both of which I purchased from Wilsonville Audi. I was extremely pleased with both transactions. It is rare today to find a business that truly understands customer service. 45k check up + battery swap Brought my 2013 Audi A3 into service for a 45k check up. Everything went smoothly and i received a nice A4 to drive while the work was being done. Unf Brought my 2013 Audi A3 into service for a 45k check up. Everything went smoothly and i received a nice A4 to drive while the work was being done. Unfortunately my battery died 3 days later and I called to complain but once again Audi came through and squeezed me in the next morning to replace my battery. They put me up in an office so I could work while they swapped the battery. Total time was 1.5 hours. Very happy with both services. More
