Good initial experience, vehicle pick up less than average. This is more of a 3.5 star rating but I rounded up to 4 for this review to give them the benefit of the doubt. The salesman, Eric, was great to work This is more of a 3.5 star rating but I rounded up to 4 for this review to give them the benefit of the doubt. The salesman, Eric, was great to work with and not overbearing like most car salesman (he wasn't pushy). We made the deal on a car that had just been traded in and it still needed to be detailed. We negotiated roof racks as part of the deal and the dealership agreed to install them for us. We made the deal right before they closed for the evening and signed paperwork after they were officially closed. The attendant for the dealership said he would put the roof racks on that same night while we were in Finance. Because it was so late they had to detail the car the next morning and my wife had to pick the car up the next day (we live 25 mi. away). When my wife went to pick up the vehicle the following day that's when our experience turned somewhat sour. We expected her to drive in, pick up the detailed vehicle and be on her way in 5 minutes. That did not happen! The dealership had not installed the roof racks that we negotiated on the deal. They acted like they knew nothing about them. The local person who previously owned the vehicle did not turn in the second key fob or the "tool" that comes with the vehicle to install those racks (to the dealership). That was not explained to us either. Finally, an hour and a half later, she was able to leave the dealership with the racks installed (after much debate and reluctantly) and the car detailed. We were disappointed with the fact that we did not receive the 2nd key fob yet and the dealership did not deliver the vehicle to us with a full tank of gas. That has NEVER happened at any other dealership where we have purchased a car. Not a huge deal but was the "topper" on a less than average experience in closing this deal. More

easy and fair I contacted them via the internet about a new A5 Sportback and first emailed the sales manager, Sam. None were in the US at the time, and I was able I contacted them via the internet about a new A5 Sportback and first emailed the sales manager, Sam. None were in the US at the time, and I was able to negotiate with the sales manager even after test driving a coupe with a salesman. When I was ready, I offered a fair price on a configuration I wanted by email and it was accepted, then completed the order with the salesman. Trade in 3 months earlier was honored with adjustment for 4000 more miles without another detailed evaluation for basically KBB trade-in value. The finance manager, Brad worked with me on warranty pricing and a 3M clear bra by email, so there was nothing much to negotiate at closing (some protection packages/coatings seemed worth it for the warranty at least), and made for a stress fee close and delivery. I definitely could have gotten a clear bra installed cheaper elsewhere, but it was never driven unprotected off the lot and was done (along with all dealer prep) within 36 hours of coming off the truck. Dealer document and other fees were minimal, about $150. Overall, great experience (lowest stress yet) and no complaints. More

Sam Gilbert worked with me over a month via emails and phone calls to find the perfect vehicle. He searched all the Pacific Northwest, even out to Colorado, but ended up finding one in San Diego. Since we were moving to Portland from overseas, Sam arranged to pick me up from PDX with all my bags. Another person, Scott Bowman, met me at PDX arrivals and we arrived at Audi Wilsonville, did the paperwork and I was on the road in under an hour. Jacob Goudy explained all the paperwork and warranties clearly and efficiently. Scott met us again to run my wife through the technology in the car and did a great job walking through everything his patience and knowledge was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was the perfect car purchase experience. We're in the market for my car now, so that's the first place we're going. Thanks Audi Wilsonville! More
