I find it unfortunate that this wasn't discovered while the car was still under warranty (last year) when the software would have still been 3 years out of date. Efficient, friendly service with great communication! Rod was friendly and got me in to get my tire replaced with no prior appointment first thing on a Monday morning. I got updates on the progress mid-day and they checked in with me before they did the actual service to get my approval. I was able to pick up my car that same day and was met with friendly attitudes and an efficient check out process. The snacks in the waiting area are great, and they detailed the inside of my car so it looks like it is brand new again. More
