Always friendly, competent service I needed a tire. With only 6600 miles on my A6, the right rear tire had apparently lost a skirmish with a curb. A quick call to service, and Rachael put me on to Travis, in parts, to make sure there was such a tire in stock. There was, he set it aside for me. Rachel scheduled me for the next day - my preference. That day, I was met by Dee Sanchez, who has been my service advisor in the past. She got the car in, offered a wash and vacuum, told me how long the tire changing should take, and handled everything else with her usual supreme competence and friendly manner. She's a delight.
