A little pricey, but the amenities and service are great. They meet you immediately, go over the service, then offer you a loaner. They perform the service as quickly as possible, then wash your car. Perfect! Took my 2017 A4 for it’s first service and was pleased with the service on all accounts. First I was offered the option to have a loaner for the day o Took my 2017 A4 for it’s first service and was pleased with the service on all accounts. First I was offered the option to have a loaner for the day or could wait with a set time for when they would be finished. Chose to wait in their lobby like area with an espresso made on site and courtesy guest internet. Finished in the time they said they would and the service rep went over all areas checked with me. Finally, nice to have the car washed and vacuumed to drive away. Topping off the experience at the end of the appointment I was told no charge for my service because it was the first service for the car. More
