Quick to answer any technical questions about features and options... I ordered a vehicle that had features that were NOT yet available to the general public, but they worked with me BEFORE the features were ready, to give me an option for how I could get the vehicle I wanted. As a result, I custom ordered the features (of course, normal things like color, trim, material options for aesthetics)... the vehicle readiness was proactively communicated, so I knew a week or two before vehicle was complete assembly, got proactive updates on vehicle transit to dealer, etc. The dealer was also very flexible in working with us on not only a trade-in but the paperwork - and one thing I really liked - there was no hard sale of warranties and service options - dealer was very objective with the information and "recommendations". Overall, outstanding sales experience! Haven't used them yet for service, but would expect similarly positive results. More
