Service department salesperson hid the fact that the water pump was failing and revealed itself during the first extended drive it performed in it. Service department took over three weeks to replace a water pump that was said to take 4-5 days, and had it not been for repeated queries by me it would have taken even longer. As a result of that experience I cancelled the extended warranty I purchased and was told it could take up to 45 day to be credited the cost of the service plan. That didn't happen. Then I was told 6-8 weeks, and at 9 weeks in I was told it would take 60-90 days. The contract states I will be credited within 30 days from cancellation notice. I'm now told it was never submitted. I have records of the request from two months ago. I had to re-cancel and it may now be actually happening. We will see. Sales poor, service poor, finance poor, what else is there? More
