The sales representative Brion Thomas was extremely patient and helpful during I purchased a new 2016 Q5 TDI from Audi Wilsonville on March 28th 2018. The sales representative Brion Thomas was extremely patient and helpful during the negotiation process, promptly addressing my many concerns regarding purchasing one the dealership's "fixed" diesels, such as the Audi 10 year extended emissions warranty. Brion's attention to customer satisfaction did not end with with the finalized purchase. Prior to my departing the dealership, Brion offered a very thorough walk through of the vehicle and provided detailed instruction of it's operation. I've now owned the vehicle for one month and Brion has contacted me twice to ensure I'm satisfied with my purchase and to address any questions I may have. I've purchased a few new vehicles over the years, including a BMW and a Lexus, and I have never received this scope of personal attention from other dealership's sales staff. I'm not certain it's the policy of this specific dealership or Brion's work ethic, but it works. I would recommend this dealership and specifically Brion Thomas to anyone considering a vehicle purchase. More
